I began training with Tiana because I was getting chest reconstructive surgery. The doctor recommended I get my body in the best possible shape before the procedure, so I would recover fast. I find it difficult to self-motivate and am intimidated by all the fancy machines, but after meeting with Tiana even after our first week training together, our sessions became one of the things I most looked forward to every day.
